Qiu Xiaodong, Chief Physician, Professor, Member of the Communist Party of China, and Director of the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Jinan Central Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University. He graduated from Shandong Medical University in 1986 and has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery for nearly 31 years. He has authored and published more than 30 professional academic papers and contributed to 1 monograph. He has received 3 Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards, 2 Jinan Municipal Science and Technology Progress Awards, and 2 national utility model patents. He has a solid artistic foundation and a high level of aesthetic judgment. He is proficient in various craniofacial aesthetic surgeries and body contouring procedures. He has deep expertise in the repair of late post-traumatic scar deformities, reconstruction of body surface organ defects, and plastic surgery and functional reconstruction of congenital deformities.
